LAS VEGAS (January 28, 2018) – Twin-Star International unveiled its new corporate brand Twin Star Home and kicked off the Winter Las Vegas Market with a grand celebration at the Lou Ruvo Center on Saturday, January 27.
In the newly branded Twin Star Home showroom at World Market Center, A-1016, the award-winning manufacturer of home furnishings and leader in electric fireplaces is launching a range of new home furnishings and overall merchandising strategies in partnership with award-wining designer Jena Hall, including multiple lifestyle collections that enable retailers to broaden appeal and engage consumers, maximize their retail space and drive growth.
“An important part of the evolution of Twin Star Home is bookmarked here at this Winter 2018 Las Vegas Market with the partnership with industry icon Jena Hall and the expansion of our core categories. The expansion is based on consumer research that uniquely positions our company as creators and innovators of multi-functional, design-rich products that fit the way people live, work and play,” said CEO Lori Gonzalez.
At this market, buyers will be introduced to Twin Star Home’s “Lifestyles Idea Rooms,” which are vignettes featuring six distinctive themes and styles, and they will be shown how to present the diverse products that include fireplace, home office, home entertainment and occasional.
“These vignettes are designed to inspire ideas by giving retailers a new way to think about reaching the greatest number of home furnishing consumers and easily capture more decorating dollars,” said Hall. “As a vignette focal point, the fireplace category – often integrated with media and sound – can complement other fashion-forward furnishings within the same style.”
The Swedish Classics collection is inspired by the refined workmanship of the 18th century Swedish craftsmen, and modernized with ActiveLifeTM inside to suit today’s busy household.
With emphasis on rosettes, simple carvings, dentil molding and reed paneling, this sophisticated 15-piece collection complements the traditional or transitional home.
Recognizing the popularity of Mid-Century Modern for its timeless functionality, historical charm and aesthetically-pleasing simplicity, Modern Dweller is an eight-piece collection featuring sleek lines and clever designs that are highly adaptable and especially conductive to a minimal home. Keeping things uncluttered is a timeless solution to create a peaceful aesthetic.
Industrial design has a raw, utilitarian aesthetic involving mixed material pieces featuring both wood and rubbed metal furnishings. The new Uptown Loft collection exudes sophistication and warmth into any living area and is inspired by the return of warm neutrals this season as earthy shades of camel, rust and tobacco will edge out cooler neutrals for a more decadent look. The re-introduction of these rich tones makes spaces feel more welcoming and less stark.
Modern forms, multifunctional design and upscale accents come to life in the Don’t Fret collection. Inspired by patterns found in areas from architecture to fabrics, the unique 12-piece collection features ornate, metallic accents in every piece. Two collections perfect for small spaces are Genevieve and Ashford. In addition to the new lifestyle collections, the collaboration with Hall includes a consumer-facing blog authored by Hall on decorating with Twin Star Home products, based on her experience as a successful syndicated interior design columnist.
