Twin Star Home Introduces New Smart Electric Fireplace Insert with App, Voice and Remote Control

New connected fireplace technology gives consumers more ways to personalize heat, flame color, brightness and ambiance from home or on the go.

Salt Lake City, UT. — Twin Star Home is expanding the possibilities of the electric fireplace with the introduction of its new Smart Electric Fireplace Insert, combining realistic flame technology and supplemental heat with intuitive smart home controls.

Designed for greater convenience and personalization, the new smart electric fireplace inserts put control in the hands and voice of the consumer. Users can operate the fireplace through the Twin Star Home app, compatible Amazon Alexa voice commands, or included remote control, making it easy to create the right atmosphere without leaving the sofa.

Through the Twin Star Home app, users can turn the heat and flames on or off, adjust the temperature, change flame brightness and speed, select from nine flame color options, and set timers. Amazon Alexa compatibility adds hands-free convenience, allowing users to control key fireplace functions with simple voice commands.

At the heart of the insert is Twin Star Home’s patented 3D Flame® Effect, designed to create the depth and movement of a realistic fire while offering the flexibility of customizable flame colors and settings. The insert also provides infrared supplemental heat for spaces up to 1,000 square feet, delivering comfort without sacrificing style or convenience.

The new smart insert also incorporates patented Safer Plug® technology, which continuously monitors plug temperature and is designed to help protect against electrical fires, circuit damage and product damage.
